This page provides the official data deletion instructions for DevZiaus ("we", "us", or "our"). It explains how you can request the deletion of personal data we collect through our website at https://devziaus.tech, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), including data we receive when you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta account to our Services.

1. Who can request deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data if you have interacted with our Services — for example, by submitting our contact form, creating an account in one of our applications, or contacting us for support. Parents or guardians may submit a request on behalf of a child under the age of 13.

2. Data covered by your request

Depending on how you use our Services, the personal data we may hold includes:

• Contact details you submit through our contact form, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message.
• Account or profile information, if an application requires you to create an account.
• Support requests and other communications you send to us.
• App usage and device information that can be linked to you.
• Any other personal information you voluntarily provide to us.

Anonymous or aggregated information that can no longer be used to identify you is not personal data and is not covered by a deletion request.

3. Data received from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

This page applies to all DevZiaus applications and integrations that use Meta Platform data. Some of our applications and services allow you to sign in or interact using Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or other Meta products, including through Facebook Login. When you connect your Meta account to our Services, we may receive information that you choose to share, such as your name, email address, profile picture, and Meta user ID. The exact information depends on the permissions you approve when you connect your account.

You can request deletion of this data using the instructions in section 4. You can also remove our application's access to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time through your Meta account settings (for Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites). Removing access stops future data collection, but it does not by itself delete data we have already received. To delete that data, please submit a deletion request using the steps below. To request deletion of data held by Meta itself, please use Meta's own privacy and deletion tools.

4. How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@devziaus.tech with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include your full name, the email address or phone number associated with your data, the name of the website, application, or service you used, and any other details that can help us locate your data.
3. Send the request from the email address associated with your data whenever possible. If we cannot verify your identity from the information provided, we may ask for additional details before processing the request. This protects your data from unauthorized deletion.
4. Alternatively, you can use the contact form on our website and mention "Data Deletion Request" in your message.

5. What happens after you submit a request

• We acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days.
• We verify your identity if additional information is needed.
• We delete the personal data covered by your request from our active systems within 30 days.
• We send you a confirmation by email once the deletion is complete.
• Residual copies held in backups are overwritten or deleted as part of our regular backup cycle, normally within 90 days.

6. Data we may keep

We may retain limited information when required by law or when necessary for legitimate purposes, including:

• Records we must keep to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
• Information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.
• A record of your deletion request and our response to it.

Any retained data is limited to what is necessary and is deleted when it is no longer needed.

7. Third-party services

Some data may be processed by third-party providers, such as hosting providers, analytics services (including Google Analytics), advertising partners (including Google AdSense), and email service providers. Where required, we will forward your deletion request to the relevant providers. You can also exercise your privacy choices directly with those providers.

8. Children's privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
